It is a thrill and an honor for Carol to be an ambassador of music for the state of Texas!
Non-profits and government agencies can apply, as presenters, for funding through the Texas Commission on the Arts (TCA) to fund Carol's performances, both solo and with her frequent performing partner, Joe Reyes, to spread her music far and wide across the great state of Texas.
